ProQuest Digital Dissertations, provides Web access to UMI's Dissertation Abstracts database. This provides a Digital Library for Authors, Researchers and Graduate Institutions. While only institutional subscribers have access to the entire database, we do have free "guest" access privileges that allows us to search citations and abstracts for all titles in 1998 and 1999. Over 100,000 titles are available in PDF format.
